Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. A late check-in procedure is available for guests arriving after reception hours. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest. A late check-out option is available at the front desk.

A 30-minute access pass to the wellness area is included with all reservations made directly through our website or by phone, excluding reservations made using gift certificates or gift cards.This access is subject to availability in the wellness area (private use available, limited to 6 people per time slot). We strongly recommend booking your time slot in advance of your arrival.This access is provided free of charge, is not guaranteed, and cannot be used as a basis for any deduction or compensation if it cannot be honored.

The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, a self-check-in procedure is available upon prior request. Your access information (door code and key box) will be sent to you via text message and/or email on the afternoon of your arrival, allowing you to go directly to your room on your own.

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome!A cleaning fee applies for the duration of your stay; please ask at the front desk for details.Pets are also welcome in the restaurant; however, for hygiene reasons, they are not permitted in the spa.

Yes, we offer our customers a 22 kWh charging station for two electric vehicles. The station is managed by our subcontractor, eFlux, and payment can be made by credit card, access card, or smartphone by scanning the station’s QR code.

Yes, we offer a round-trip shuttle service to Vannes Station for up to 7 people. Please ask at the front desk for information on schedules and rates.

Yes, there are 4 electric bikes available for rent. Please ask at the front desk for availability, rates, and reservations.
